Working Party 2 Endurance tests procedures

In the meeting of OIPEEC Management Board in Annecy April 1991 it was decided to publish the OIPEEC Recommendation Nr. 7 "Tension- Tension Fatigue Test" .Everybody is invited to give proposals for the improvement of the existing recommendations or to present ideas for further helpful recommendations.
